Compensation, Benefits & Perks:

00 an hour Up to $4,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses On-call bonus structure, up to $1,700 annually Retirement plan: 401k planning with up to a $4,000 annual match

Qualifications:

2+ years' experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent and must have strong plumbing skills. HVAC experience (prefer hands on experience and either EPA or HVAC certification) Previous management/ leadership experience in a maintenance setting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation This role has some administrative aspects but is largely a hands on role completing work orders and apartment turns.

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks Full Time
• Year Round work.

No layoffs and overtime potential available! A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position. This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening. Valid driver's license required. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
