Responsibilities Lead and manage all daily operations of the service department Coach, motivate, and develop service advisors and technicians Monitor productivity, efficiency, and profitability Ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish Manage scheduling and workflow to maximize shop efficiency Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores Oversee warranty administration and manufacturer compliance Work closely with the Parts Department and Sales Department Recruit, train, and retain top-performing employees Ensure all safety and dealership policies are followed

Requirements:
