We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled team, drive equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. What You'll Do Ø Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians Ø Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, VFD, pneumatic, and automated systems Ø Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs Ø Drive downtime reduction, root-cause analysis, and process improvements Ø Oversee maintenance projects, inventory, vendors, and contractors Ø Ensure safe operations and compliance with company standards Ø
