Job description Apartment complex in Somerset, NJ, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Superintendent to join our team. This is a live-on-site position, with an apartment included as part of the compensation package after a probationary period.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the care, comfort, and satisfaction of residents. Perform general maintenance and repairs in apartments, common areas, and exterior spaces. Respond promptly to resident service requests. Oversee the stockroom and manage supplies inventory. Field incoming calls and coordinate with residents and team members. Supervise and assist the maintenance team with daily tasks and emergency repairs. Conduct inspections to maintain property standards and identify areas requiring attention.

Requirements:

Proven experience in property management or maintenance leadership. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle physical labor and be hands-on with repairs.
