Full-Time Maintenance Superintendent Westerly Apartments in Lakewood, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to oversee property maintenance and support safe, clean, affordable housing for older adults. Responsibilities This role supervises the maintenance team, supports daily property operations, completes work orders, monitors building systems, maintains the property's appearance, and schedules alternating on-call weeks. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have maintenance leadership experience, strong communication skills, a positive team-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently. Required skills include basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, Yardi, and Microsoft Office 365. Schedule and Benefits Full-time, 35 hours per week.
