The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with strong management and leadership capabilities. As a Building Manager, you will ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of the building environment managing facilities projects, and adhering to safety regulations. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic facilities dedicated to maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Duties Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, HVAC units, electrical systems, plumbing, and high-voltage equipment to ensure optimal performance. Manage facilities maintenance teams by supervising staff, assigning tasks, and providing training on maintenance repair procedures and safety regulations. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs such as HVAC system repair, electrical troubleshooting, or schematics interpretation. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations through regular inspections. Monitor building operations using engineering troubleshooting techniques and tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to diagnose issues accurately. Lead facility improvement projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to project management principles and budget constraints. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs in accordance with facilities management best practices. Skills Strong management skills with experience in supervising facilities in commercial setting. Extensive mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing system maintenance, and high-voltage equipment handling Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, safety regulations, schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Competence in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters for electrical testing and troubleshooting. Effective leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills in English for team coordination and reporting purposes. Knowledge of industrial maintenance procedures, electrical experience including high voltage systems, mechanical systems repair, and facilities management best practices.
