Join Kellanova as a Master Maintenance Planner and ensure the reliability and performance of our manufacturing assets. You will own long- and short-term maintenance planning for production lines and utilities, building optimized preventive and predictive maintenance schedules that maximize uptime, OEE, and safety. Using our CMMS, you will plan work orders, labor, and materials, maintain accurate asset records, and analyze maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement. You'll partner closely with operations, reliability, engineering, and safety teams to prioritize work, support shutdowns and projects, and uphold our quality and food safety standards.
