A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

You will own long- and short-term maintenance planning for production lines and utilities, building optimized preventive and predictive maintenance schedules that maximize uptime, OEE, and safety. Using our CMMS, you will plan work orders, labor, and materials, maintain accurate asset records, and analyze maintenance KPIs to drive continuous improvement. You'll partner closely with operations, reliability, engineering, and safety teams to prioritize work, support shutdowns and projects, and uphold our quality and food safety standards.
