Cloute Inc. is looking for a hands-on Manager of Washing Services to lead our growing washing division in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. This role oversees field operations, leads service teams, maintains quality, and helps drive the division's financial and operational performance. The right person will have experience in window cleaning, power washing, exterior cleaning, or another hands-on home-service environment, along with strong leadership and people-management skills. This is a field-involved leadership role, not a position that stays behind a desk. You'll have the opportunity to coach employees, improve operations, work directly with customers, and help grow the division.

Compensation Package:

Base salary + performance-based bonuses ($70,000 - $80,000 OTE) 401(k) with company match Health Benefits Provided Company vehicle for business travel and commuting

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Cloute's Washing Division, including window cleaning, exterior washing, and related services Lead 8-10 technicians during the slow season and 15-20 during peak season Oversee Customer Service Coordinators Direct daily scheduling, equipment, vehicles, quality control, safety, and field support Maintain high-quality service and strong customer satisfaction Monitor revenue, margins, profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals Handle customer questions and complaints with professionalism and urgency Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business Sell washing services through in-home and recurring estimates Troubleshoot operational issues, including truck and equipment failures Train, coach, and develop new and existing team members Use field work as an opportunity to teach and develop technicians Work with leadership on division goals, marketing, sales, and long-term strategy Review performance data and identify ways to improve efficiency and profitability Build a positive, accountable, growth-oriented, team-first culture

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in window cleaning, power washing, exterior cleaning, or exterior maintenance Experience leading, supervising, coaching, and developing service teams Strong people management and customer service skills Strong operational and problem-solving abilities Experience managing schedules, field teams, equipment, vehicles, quality, and safety Financially capable and comfortable working with revenue, margins, profitability, and performance metrics People-first leadership style with humility, care, and accountability Operations Manager, General Manager, or Owner/Operator experience in cleaning, washing, or home services is preferred Relevant trade or management experience required; no specific degree required Valid driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check Alignment with Cloute's values:
