Sanitary Equipment Maintenance Lead - 2nd Shift $29.00 - $34.00/hr + Daily Overtime & Sunday Double-Time

Direct Hire Compensation & Earnings:
Starting base salary of up to $34.00/hr, with overtime pay at 1.5x after 8 hours, double-time on Sundays, and comprehensive benefits package.

Strict Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) with at least 3 years of maintenance experience in
FDA/GMP/SQF

What You Will Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities) Performing electro-mechanical maintenance tasks on automated equipment during the 2nd shift. Maintaining and troubleshooting fluid power systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic components. Optimizing packaging machinery and sorting lines to improve production efficiency. Responding to emergency breakdowns swiftly to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Conducting welding and fabrication tasks for equipment modifications and repairs. Ensuring compliance with sanitary standards and maintaining work order logs in the CMMS system. What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications) At least 3 years of experience in maintenance within regulated manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, high-speed machinery, and welding techniques. Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently. Commitment to the 2nd shift schedule and a history of reliable attendance. Preferred Technical Assets (Bonus Skills) Knowledge of PLC systems and experience with machinery operation and maintenance. Proficiency in machining and familiarity with CMMS platforms for work order tracking.
