Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a General/Assembly worker and be a vital part of our industrial construction projects! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining various structural components according to detailed construction plans. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to large-scale infrastructure development. Duties Interpret and follow construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints to accurately assemble components. Use power tools and manual hand tools to perform assembly tasks with precision and safety. Conduct erosion control measures to protect the environment and ensure project compliance. Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials and equipment, adhering strictly to safety regulations. Assist with equipment repair and maintenance to keep tools and machinery in optimal working condition. Implement OSHA safety standards and workplace safety regulations consistently across all tasks. Climb scaffolding or ladders as needed for assembly or inspection purposes, ensuring proper use of respiratory protection when required. Skills Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and blueprints. Knowledge of erosion control techniques and environmental protection practices on construction sites. Mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards and respiratory protection protocols. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following manual handling best practices. Experience in industrial construction environments with a focus on safety regulations implementation. Capable of climbing ladders or scaffolding safely while maintaining awareness of surroundings for personal and team safety. Join us in building a safer, more efficient future!
