As our production continues to expand, we are seeking skilled Rigging Technicians to join our team in a stable, fast paced manufacturing environment. •Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates selected to move forward will be contacted.

•Position Overview Perform a full range of rigging duties, considering vessel size, shape, component location, and overhead support structures. Plan, lay out, assemble, repair, and install marine equipment. Apply thorough knowledge of rigging procedures, tools, and equipment. Work from technical documents, blueprints, specifications, and written or verbal instructions. Utilize basic carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical skills. Compensation $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Follow all safety standards, chemical handling procedures, and PPE requirements. Adhere to quality standards and adapt as processes evolve. Demonstrate dependability, reliability, and strong teamwork skills. Understand and follow verbal and written directions. Use hand, battery powered, and pneumatic tools effectively.

Preferred :

forklift operation, overhead hoist experience, computer skills, fiberglass and/or gel coat application knowledge. Physical Requirements Use required PPE, which may include respirators, gloves, chemical resistant aprons, suits, and other protective gear. Work 8+ hour shifts involving standing, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, molds, and staging. Lift 50+ lbs as needed. Work in a non climate controlled, fast paced, noisy environment. Flexibility to work planned and unplanned overtime.
