Full Job Description Job Duties:
Install rectangular, spiral, and flexible duct Install fittings, dampers, grilles, diffusers, and other HVAC components Measure, cut, assemble, and modify sheet metal Read blueprints and mechanical drawings Lay out duct runs and install hangers and supports Connect ductwork to air handlers, rooftop units, exhaust fans, and other equipment Seal and inspect completed ductwork Work safely around ladders, lifts, power tools, and other job-site equipment Coordinate with supervisors and other trades. Keep the work area clean and organized. Crew leads will also be responsible for assigning work, supervising installers, tracking daily progress, and communicating job-site needs.
What We're Looking For:
Commercial duct installation experience Knowledge of sheet-metal tools and installation methods Ability to read a tape measure and understand mechanical plans Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work well with a crew OSHA certification is a plus Leadership experience is required for crew-lead positions What we offer: Overtime available Steady commercial work Opportunities to move into lead positions Training and certifications for scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and other equipment
Pay:
$27.43 - $33.03 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
