Job Description

gpac is currently assisting a client in their search for a Millwright that will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, and troubleshooting mechanical equipment throughout the company's grain handling and storage facilities. This position plays a key role in ensuring grain elevators, conveyors, dryers, and related equipment operate safely and efficiently.
Millwright Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs on grain handling equipment and facilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues Maintain and repair grain storage, handling, and processing equipment Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication repairs one equipment, structural components, and facility systems Assist with equipment modifications to improve operational efficiency and reliability Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations
Millwright Qualifications:
Mechanical, maintenance, or equipment repair experience Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities Welding and fabrication experience Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, and mechanical drive systems Mechanical or welding certification, technical school training, or equivalent hands on experience
