Position Summary:
The primary purpose of the IT Asset Repair Technician job is to diagnose, repair, and recondition company computing devices
primarily laptops, desktops, iOS devices, and kiosks
returning them to fully functional, working condition with quick turnaround, in addition to maintaining component inventory and creating and following standardized repair processes.
Education/Qualifications:
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Must have some form of post-secondary IT technical training or equivalent hands-on experience. Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Windows 10/11, including operating system installation, imaging, and recovery. A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience repairing computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, kiosks, and mobile devices. Hands-on experience replacing internal components (screens, batteries, RAM, storage drives, keyboards) is required.
