Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the IT Asset Repair Technician job is to diagnose, repair, and recondition company computing devices

• primarily laptops, desktops, iOS devices, and kiosks
• returning them to fully functional, working condition with quick turnaround, in addition to maintaining component inventory and creating and following standardized repair processes.

Education/Qualifications:

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Must have some form of post-secondary IT technical training or equivalent hands-on experience. Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office product suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Windows 10/11, including operating system installation, imaging, and recovery. A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience repairing computer hardware, including laptops, desktops, kiosks, and mobile devices. Hands-on experience replacing internal components (screens, batteries, RAM, storage drives, keyboards) is required.
