Role Summary In the role of Service Technician , you will be responsible for the professional and timely resolution of maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction and home functionality. Core Duties Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and other systems. Help maintain a safe and well-kept environment for the entire community by performing daily property inspections. Support the unit turnover process by handling painting, repairs, and general prep work to ensure homes are move-in ready for new residents. Keep all maintenance equipment and workspaces tidy and in optimal working order. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all building codes and safety protocols. Interact professionally with residents and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support during emergency situations and after-hours needs.
