As a Drain Service Technician , you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems while guiding customers to confident, informed decisions. Your focus is on service, education, and doing what's right for the homeowner; not selling. Shift Friday

  • 5:00 PM (training will be Monday-Friday 8a-5p for the first several weeks) What You'll Do Perform diagnostic work and drain cleaning on sinks, bathtubs, sewer lines, and more.

Build strong customer rapport so you can recommend the right products and services. Present yourself professionally and provide a knowledgeable, trustworthy service experience that drives referrals and repeat business. What You'll Bring Proven drain service experience with a drive to grow your skills every day. Jetting experience is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of local plumbing codes and the ability to apply them in real-world scenarios. Skilled in diagnostic repair and drain cleaning across a variety of fixtures and systems. Strong verbal communicator with the ability to quickly learn iPad software. A motivated individual contributor who enjoys winning alongside a team. Someone ready to grow, develop, and build a real career in the trades. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working at various heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety gear. Capable of working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing required PPE. Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening. #GetEco
