As a Service Technician , you'll provide technical support for our clients and assist with our Sales Team's projects, including but not limited to machine installations, improvement of current client projects, and development of new projects.

• Looking for experienced technicians with at least 3-5 years working in the plastic and mold industry.
• What you'll do: 50-80% travel across the country Provide technical assistance to the customers and sales teams Support business growth initiatives through product design, evaluation, and qualification activities Pioneer machine installations, start-ups, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades Provide technical training to customers, field sales agents, and internal personnel Assist in maintaining product reference lists for field & internal use

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating of all aspects relating to injection molding machines in use at our customers' sites.
• Assist in trials & trouble shooting.
• Machine installation, start-up, repair, maintenance, and upgrade.
• Managing the CRM system and all the service-related data entry into MS Dynamics 365
• Hands-on service work at site of customer, training sessions at clients and in-house.
• Liaison manager between USA team and the other international OEM locations in China, Europe, and India.
• Input in machine manuals and improvements.
• Assisting and overseeing and management of inventory and spare parts business.
• Showroom management including customer presentations.
• Purchasing and selling of spare parts and promote existing & newly developed technologies.

What you'll bring : One or more years' experience in the injection molding industry, preferably in the disciplines of technical service or field service Knowledge of the plastics industry The capacity to drive your vehicle with compensation Excellent oral and written communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, preferably including Dynamics 365 We are an equal opportunity employer.
