Field Technicians deliver high-quality installations, service, and customer experiences while maintaining safety, accuracy, and operational standards. This role represents Grizzly Broadband and is often the only face-to-face interaction customers have with the company.

Position Highlights:

New customer on-site internet installations (wiring and equipment) Troubleshooting through on-site service calls for existing customers Assess needs and provide solutions for internet service

Key Qualifications:

Valid State of Montana Driver's License and clean driving record Ability to work in all weather conditions Basic computer skills Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g. attics, crawl spaces) Must be able to bend, kneel, stand, or walk for long periods Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
