A Telecommunications Field Technician telecommunications Field Service Technician installs, repairs and maintains voice, data and video systems for a company's customers at the customer site. Prepares and documents a customer's network prior to implementing telecommunication system. Installs IP, network equipment and facilities. Acts as the first point of issue resolution, responds to field engineering issues and troubleshooting telecommunication problems. May train less experienced field technicians.

Position Highlights:
New customer on-site internet installations (wiring and equipment) Troubleshooting through on-site service calls for existing customers Assess needs and provide solutions for internet serviceKey Qualifications:
Valid State of Montana Driver's License and clean driving record Ability to work in all weather conditions Basic computer skills Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g. attics, crawl spaces) Must be able to bend, kneel, stand, or walk for long periods Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. High School diploma (or equivalent) or higher.
