Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in fabrication or manufacturing is a plus. Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools. Basic knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials. Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
