Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fabrication Associate to join our dynamic team in Ontario, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Responsibilities Operate various fabrication machinery and tools to produce high-quality components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in fabrication or manufacturing is a plus. Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools. Basic knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials. Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
