Job Description
Job Summary Seeking an experienced, motivated and reliable skilled worker to join our construction team. In your position, you'll be assisting others with various remodeling projects such as new kitchens, bathrooms, deck builds, and trim installations. We don't need experts. We want a hard worker that knows how to read a tape, use saws, and show up to work. Reliability and effort mean a lot to our small company. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth, great pay, and individual projects to oversee. Responsibilities Assist with remodeling projects by performing tasks such as cabinet installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and trim carpentry. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Perform construction inspection duties to verify quality standards. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on remodeling or renovation projects. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools Experience with window installation, cabinet hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, masonry, stucco application, and trim carpentry Outdoor work experience preferred for handling various weather conditions during project execution.
