Job Description

We are hiring for and entry level CNC machine operator for our milling machines to produce machined parts and performs in-process and final inspections to ensure specifications and quality requirements are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operates CNC machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.
Properly and safely loads and unloads raw material in CNC machinery.
Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
Measures parts with measuring devices/instruments to meet tolerance requirements, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
Inspects equipment before use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and preventive maintenance.
Complies with all quality policies, specifications, ISO regulation, and instructions.
Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
