Job Description
We are hiring for and entry level CNC machine operator for our milling machines to produce machined parts and performs in-process and final inspections to ensure specifications and quality requirements are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operates CNC machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.
- Properly and safely loads and unloads raw material in CNC machinery.
- Produces the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
- Measures parts with measuring devices/instruments to meet tolerance requirements, quality, and cosmetic specifications.
- Inspects equipment before use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and preventive maintenance.
- Complies with all quality policies, specifications, ISO regulation, and instructions.
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
