Rancho Cucamonga, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Machine setup Equipment setup (production tasks) Machining fixtures Machining tool setup First article inspection Machining CNC quality inspection Holding fixtures proficiency Steel CNC G-code Programming Milling machines Cutting machines Equipment adjustment (production tasks) Full Job Description We are looking for a CNC Mill Set Up/Operator, must have 3+ years of work experience with CNC Mills.

DESCRIPTION

Must be able to set up, run first articles, must know cutters, able to take a job from start to finish (Except for Programs). Must understand Fanuc control's, tooling and fixturing. Must be detail orientated. 1) Set up jobs according to set up sheets & programs to meet blueprint requirements. 2) capable of inspecting parts. 3) keep up on routine machine maintenance, (way lube, coolant & chips) 4) Run Multiple machines if needed, Clean up area and machines.

• Understand drawings / blueprints & Machine code

• Good problem-solving skills & Able to edit programs if needed. 1st shift hours: 7am to 3:30pm. Monday-Friday . OT available from time to time. Pay depends on Qualifications & Experience.
