Fabricate machine parts to specifications using a CNC machine or non-CNC machine.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling and Horizontal machines .
Measure, examine and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers.
Inspect finished pieces.
Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
Observe and listen to operating machines in order to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for a Set Up Operator to make adjustments.
Keep required coolant levels on machine.
Position and fasten work pieces.
Complete Quality Control paperwork - Operation Sheets
Separate Parts
Move material or parts
Sweep and keep areas neat
Follow Safety Rules
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) + Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Mechanically Inclined
Ability to handle specified equipment
Salary Pay Range:
$16.68 - $22.12 USD Hourly Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation
