Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) preferred Experience Requirements 2-5 years of CNC machining experience required Experience operating CNC routers, mills, lathes, or turning machines Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Duties Set up and operate CNC routers and other machining equipment Read blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T specifications to ensure part accuracy Load programs, adjust tooling, and monitor machine performance Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments Maintain production records and quality documentation Identify and report machine issues, tooling concerns, or nonconforming materials Follow AS9100 quality standards, OSHA safety requirements, and 5S practices Support continuous improvement and production goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
