Pay Rate:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience +$1.50 shift premium Job Overview The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to manufacture high-quality components according to specifications. This position involves preparing machines for production, monitoring operations, performing quality checks, and ensuring finished products meet company standards. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes Load materials and tooling into machines Monitor machine operations and production output Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents Maintain quality standards and production requirements Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make necessary adjustments Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Trade school certificate or diploma preferred Previous CNC machine operating experience required Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment PPE & Dress Code Steel Toe Shoes Required Safety Glasses Required PPE must be worn at the time of interview to participate in a facility tour. Pay Details:
