Full Job Description CNC Milling Operator Job Openings:

Job Description Versatool & Die is a local Manufacturing Company that specializes in the production of progressive stamping die and precision machined parts. We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator for our first shift. Experience with Horizontal and Vertical milling machining centers. 4th axis machining experience is desired. Wage:

dependent on the individual's experience, record of accomplishment and demonstrated skills. Wage range would be $24 - $32 depending on experience and qualifications.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 6 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Saturday is occasional depending on workload)

• Times may vary
• Overtime available and sometimes required.

Duties and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience
• Experience with Editing programs
• Proficiency in blueprint reading
• Above average understanding of GD&T
• High School Degree.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 4th axis and casting layout experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and run machining centers following procedures.
• Manage multiple tooling jobs
• Machining of piece parts per print
• Set up and operate multiple brands of CNC Equipment efficiently.
• Maintain work areas and tooling
• In process inspection
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

$24.00 - $32.00 per hour
