See the country. Work on some of the most sophisticated cleanroom and mechanical systems in the industry. We're looking for a Service Technician II with a strong background in DDC controls and HVAC/mechanical systems to support customers at cleanroom and metrology facilities throughout the country. This is a hands-on technical role for someone who can troubleshoot systems, work independently, communicate with customers, and isn't afraid of significant travel. You'll diagnose and service DDC systems and mechanical equipment, perform cleanroom testing and metrology certifications, and help customers resolve problems both remotely and on-site. What You'll Do
Service and diagnose cleanroom mechanical and metrology systems
Troubleshoot DDC controls and HVAC/mechanical systems
Support customers remotely with DDC and mechanical system issues
Perform point-to-point checkouts and calibrate control system sensors
Service and replace parts on equipment including: o Air handling units o ACCUs and WCCUs o Chillers o Reheats o Electric and hydronic humidifiers o Other mechanical system equipment
Interpret test data and prepare certification reports
Provide online customer support through remote communications
Work independently while maintaining strong communication with customers and the internal team What We're Looking For
5+ years of DDC and mechanical systems service experience with trade school, OR
5+ years of DDC and mechanical systems service experience
Strong working knowledge of DDC controls and HVAC systems
Ability to navigate and troubleshoot DDC control systems
Experience diagnosing HVAC/mechanical problems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Customer-focused approach
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders
Willingness to travel approximately 85% The Travel & Benefits This is a high-travel position, but the company takes care of the logistics.
Home every other weekend
$250/day
Per Diem:
$175 hotel + $75 meals
Company credit card provided for flights and other approved non-per-diem travel expenses
