LS Renovations is looking for experienced kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractors in the St. Louis area. LS Renovations manages the homeowner sales process, appointment setting, project follow-up, and coordination. We are looking for reliable contractors who can attend scheduled homeowner appointments, assess the project, provide competitive pricing, and complete the work when the project moves forward. What you'll do: Attend scheduled homeowner appointments Measure and assess kitchen and bathroom projects Provide accurate and competitive pricing Communicate project details clearly Complete awarded remodeling projects Show up on time and maintain professional communication What we're looking for: Proven kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling experience Photos of previous completed work Reliable transportation Own tools and equipment Ability to price projects accurately Strong communication and professionalism Proper insurance/licensing where required

Compensation:

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position . Compensation is project-based. The $70-$100/hour range shown on Indeed represents the approximate earning equivalent depending on project size, experience, and efficiency. Work volume varies based on customer demand and contractor availability. There are no guaranteed hours or guaranteed project volumes. LS Renovations handles the sales pipeline and customer follow-up while contractors focus on estimating and completing remodeling projects.
