Electronics Assembly Technician•
Position Summary:
We are seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician to support the production of next-generation IoT devices. Working from the companies detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes, you will assemble, test, and validate electronic and mechanical components that form part of our connected air-quality solutions. This position is ideal for candidates with an electrical, mechanical, or technical background such as electricians, electronic technicians, or skilled assemblers who have strong attention-to-detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. The role offers career advancement opportunities, including progression into product testing, field deployment support, or joining our engineering team as the company continues expansion. Electronics Assembly Technician•
Responsibilities:
Assemble and wire IoT products according to provided SOPs and assembly diagrams Perform basic electrical and mechanical testing to verify correct operation of devices Follow QA procedures to ensure all units meet company safety and performance standards Accurately document build progress, test results, and any issues encountered Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on design improvements and assembly efficiency Support logistics and packaging as required for product shipment All work to be completed on-site at company warehouse facility based in New Milford, CT (Monday through Friday 8:30am
  • 4pm) Electronics Assembly Technician
Qualifications:
Technical diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical work, or mechanical assembly Hands-on experience using small tools, soldering equipment, and testing instruments Strong attention-to-detail and ability to follow structured processes Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Good communication and teamwork skills Eagerness to learn and grow into more advanced technical or engineering roles Electronics Assembly Technician
