Responsibilities:

Perform assembly and fabrication of various components and products according to specifications, drawings, or work instructions
Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
Inspect assembled parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or workmanship
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and housekeeping guidelines
Follow established procedures for material handling, storage, and inventory
Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues during the assembly/fabrication process
Complete required documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner
Participate in training sessions to learn new techniques and processes as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in assembly or fabrication is an asset, but not required
Ability to use basic hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing production needs
