Cougar Companies is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Skilled Concrete Saw Operator & Core Drill Operator who is ready to put proven field experience to work. This is not a trainee position—we are seeking a professional who can step onto the jobsite, operate confidently, and deliver accurate, high-quality results. Must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable employment as a concrete saw operator &/or core drill operator. What We Offer

• $24.00-$30.00 per hour , based on experience

• Perform concrete sawing and core drilling safely, efficiently, and to job specifications
• Set up, operate, inspect, and maintain concrete cutting and drilling equipment
• Read plans, verify measurements, and complete precise cuts and openings
• Coordinate with supervisors, crews, and customers on active jobsites
• Follow company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area What You Bring

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor construction environments

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week Application Question(s): How many years of professional concrete sawing and core drilling experience do you have? Which equipment can you operate independently: flat saw, wall saw, hand saw, core drill, or wire saw? Can you read plans, verify measurements, and complete cuts without direct supervision? Are you available to work 40-50 hours per week, including overtime when needed? Is the posted pay range of $24.00-$30.00 per hour acceptable? Briefly describe your most recent concrete sawing or core drilling position. Are you able to perform physically demanding outdoor work and safely lift required equipment (approx 50+ lbs)?
