Cougar Companies is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Skilled Concrete Saw Operator & Core Drill Operator who is ready to put proven field experience to work. This is not a trainee position—we are seeking a professional who can step onto the jobsite, operate confidently, and deliver accurate, high-quality results. Must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable employment as a concrete saw operator &/or core drill operator. What We Offer

• Perform concrete sawing and core drilling safely, efficiently, and to job specifications
• Set up, operate, inspect, and maintain concrete cutting and drilling equipment
• Read plans, verify measurements, and complete precise cuts and openings
• Coordinate with supervisors, crews, and customers on active jobsites

Which equipment can you operate independently: flat saw, wall saw, hand saw, core drill, or wire saw? Can you read plans, verify measurements, and complete cuts without direct supervision?
