Job Description

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Job description: Premier electronics manufacturer in Shelby Twp. is seeking an experienced SMT Operator Technician to join their manufacturing team. This is a permanent, evaluation hire opportunity with a world-class leader in their state-of-the-art facility.

SMT Operator Responsibilities and Required Skills:

Operate SMT equipment Feeder and trolly setups Quality inspections Familiarity with SMT equipment, tools, materials Strong attention to details Troubleshooting and problem solving skills Excellent communication abilities High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of SMT Operator and PCB assembly experience required Monday - Friday (overtime as needed)

Pay:

$19.00 per hour, or more depending upon experience and qualifications

SMT Technician Responsibilities and Required Skills:

Program, setup, and operate SMT equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair machines as required. Work with Engineering, production, and operators to ensure efficient operations to meet production goals. High school diploma or GED required, 2yr. technical degree preferred 2+ years of SMT Operator and PCB assembly experience required Ability to read and understand manuals, blueprints, schematics and drawings Setup and programming experience highly preferred Monday - Friday (overtime as needed)
