Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Job description: Premier electronics manufacturers in Shelby Twp., Chesterfield, Rochester Hills, and Auburn Hills are seeking experienced SMT, AOI, and Wave Operators to join their manufacturing teams. These are permanent, evaluation hire opportunities with world-class leaders in their state-of-the-art facilities.

SMT Operator Responsibilities and Required Skills:

Operate SMT, AOI, or Wave equipment Feeder and trolly setups Quality inspections Familiarity with SMT equipment, tools, materials Strong attention to details Troubleshooting and problem solving skills Excellent communication abilities High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of SMT Operator and PCB assembly experience required Monday - Friday (overtime as needed)

Pay:

$19.00 per hour, or more depending upon experience and qualifications

SMT AOI Wave Technician Responsibilities and Required Skills:

Program, setup, and operate SMT equipment. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair machines as required. Work with Engineering, production, and operators to ensure efficient operations to meet production goals. High school diploma or GED required, 2yr. technical degree preferred 2+ years of SMT Operator and PCB assembly experience required Ability to read and understand manuals, blueprints, schematics and drawings Setup and programming experience highly preferred Monday - Friday (overtime as needed)
