Boot Fitter The Ski Monster Minneapolis, MN Job Details Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Retail sales transactions In-person customer service E-commerce Retail store experience Customer engagement Online retail experience Full Job Description Bootfitter Full-Time/Part-Time — $25-$30/Hour Minnesota Location We're looking for a full-time Ski Boot Fitter who combines strong people skills with a genuine understanding of ski equipment and an interest in the technical side of boot fitting. Boot fitting at The Ski Monster is equal parts product knowledge, problem solving, and conversation. The right person will ideally have previous sales experience and a strong foundational knowledge of ski equipment—particularly ski boots—but they don't need to walk in knowing everything. More important is the ability to learn quickly, listen carefully, and adapt to the unique needs of every skier and every fit. Responsibilities Meet with customers on an appointment basis to assist with selection of product Measure feet and get to know customer's priorities to help guide them to optimal fit Must be determined to offer a great customer experience Build custom footbeds Complete boot customizations Adjust and remount bindings to fit the new boots Keep the shop clean and organized Help out in a team environment Job Requirements Ski or snowboard enthusiast Strong people skills Communicate clearly and listen actively Reliable and punctual Nice to have Bootfitting and ski shop experience Previous sales experience ideal Experience with Retail, E-commerce, POS systems Schedule Full time hours with weekend availability

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
