The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, experience operating lathes and machining equipment, and a strong work history. Lathe Operators Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 to $23.00 /hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:30pm) Set up and operate manual and/or CNC lathe machines. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met. Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed.

Lathe Operators Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required Previous lathe operating experience required Experience in sheet metal manufacturing preferred Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality standards Stable employment history Ability to work independently and as part of a team Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
