About the Role As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. You will leverage your technical expertise in CNC programming and machine operation to ensure our production output meets rigorous quality standards while driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities Configure and manage CNC equipment to deliver precision parts that strictly adhere to engineering specifications. Analyze complex blueprints and technical schematics to guide the accurate execution of production tasks. Proactively monitor machine performance, performing real-time adjustments to maximize output quality and minimize waste. Execute preventative maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting to ensure high machine uptime. Uphold a culture of safety by strictly following industrial protocols and maintaining an organized workspace. Partner with production teams to refine manufacturing workflows and enhance overall shop floor productivity. Maintain precise documentation of production cycles and quality metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated professional experience operating and setting up CNC machinery. Solid proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and geometric dimensioning. Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve mechanical or process-related issues. Preferred Skills Technical certification or vocational degree in machining or related field. Advanced knowledge of CNC programming languages and software. Experience with lean manufacturing or process optimization techniques.
