Industries builds precision firearm components for hardworking Americans. We started in a garage. We still run like a shop that cares about the part, the customer, and the person standing next to you. We are an ATF-regulated 07 FFL / 02 SOT manufacturer in Hayden, Idaho.

If these are not how you already work, this will not be a good fit. That is fine. We would rather know now.

▸ Safety first. No part, deadline, or bonus is worth an injury. We stop the machine if something is unsafe.

▸ Own the work. You set it up, you run it, you inspect it. If it is wrong, you say so early.

▸ Pride in the part. Close enough is not good enough. The customer only sees what leaves the shop.

▸ Show up ready. On time. Sober. Tools in order. Mind on the job. The rest of the team is counting on you.

▸ Help the next guy. Share setups. Warn about a bad tool. Leave the machine better than you found it.

▸ Learn and get better. New machines, materials, and methods. We want people who grow, not people who punch a clock.

▸ Straight talk. Ask questions. Flag problems. No hiding scrap. No blaming the print after the fact. THE JOB This is a lead-by-example setup role. You own your Citizen Swiss machines end to end. You independently tear down and set up in hours, all the tools, offsets, live tooling, collets, guide bushings or chucker, bar feeders, and liners. You load the program, dry run it, run first article, inspect it, and tune feeds and speeds until the cycle and the part are right. You keep chips out, fluids where they belong, and the machine ready for the next guy.

YOU WILL FIT IF YOU HAVE A

strong Citizen Swiss background (L12, L20, A20, L32 preferred) and a track record of fast, accurate setups on complex, high-precision work. You know GD&T and how to prove a part. You take ownership without being asked. You must be legally able to purchase and be around firearms. You will pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen. We call past employers. Stable history with verifiable references matters. Unexplained gaps will be a conversation, or a stop.

Pay:

$25.00 - $39.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
