machines . We're looking for someone who can independently perform machine setups, make offsets and adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands CNC machining fundamentals, works efficiently, and enjoys being part of a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform complete setups and changeovers on

machines. Set up tooling, fixtures, vises, and workholding. Install tools and make necessary tool and work offsets. Load and verify CNC programs. Safely perform dry runs and prove out programs before production. Run first-article parts and perform inspections to ensure parts meet quality specifications. Make necessary adjustments to tooling, offsets, feeds, and speeds. Troubleshoot machining and setup issues as they arise. Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and inspection documents. Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Monitor production to ensure consistent part quality and efficiency. Perform routine machine maintenance, including chip removal, coolant checks, and basic machine upkeep. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment. Qualifications 2-3 years of recent CNC setup and operating experience preferred. Experience setting up and operating

machines . Ability to independently perform complete machine setups with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of CNC tooling, offsets, workholding, and machine adjustments. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring instruments and performing quality inspections. Ability to troubleshoot machining and setup issues. Dependable work history with verifiable references. Resume with complete employment history. Must be legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms. Must be able to work in an ATF-regulated manufacturing environment (07 FFL / 02 SOT). Schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Future schedule may change to 6:00 AM-2:30 PM when a swing shift is added.
