Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Okuma Lathe Set-up / Operator and or set-up to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Programming or editing on this machine is a plus and would warrant a higher wage. Duties

Set-up /Operate CNC Okuma Lathes to perform various machining operations
Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of parts produced
Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications Requirements
Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Mechanical knowledge for machine setup and troubleshooting
Knowledge of machining processes and tools
Basic math skills for measurements and calculation
