DIRECT HIRE ROLE

from day one Job Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling and/or lathe machines such as: Matsuura, HAAS, Okuma, Hurco Three, four, and five axis Tool changes, offsets, and edits Possibly being taught how to program at the machine Troubleshoot manufacturing and machining issues as needed Design and build fixtures and select appropriate tooling Perform initial part inspections Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Ensure all products are properly labeled and handled Qualifications Previous CNC milling and/or lathe machine experience required CNC programming experience would be a plus Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Schedule Monday through Friday
