The ideal candidate will have strong machining skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality precision components and tooling. Responsibilities Set up and operate manual milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders. Manufacture and repair precision tooling, fixtures, and machine components. Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments. Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in surface grinding, milling, and lathe operations required. Toolmaking or precision machining experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
