Hiring a Machine Operator in Brighton, MI!

Pay & Shift Information Pay:

$25.00

•$38.00 per hour, based on experience and shift assignment.

7:00 AM

•5:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

3:15 PM

•11:45 PM 3rd

Shift:

10:00 PM

•6:30 AM (or until 8:30 AM as needed) Training is conducted on 1st shift for up to one month. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with overtime every other Saturday as required. Responsibilties Operated and set up Haas CNC milling machines to perform drilling, milling, chamfering, tapping, and cutting operations on precision-machined components. Performed tool changes, offset adjustments, and minor CNC program edits to maintain production efficiency and part accuracy. Interpreted blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to manufacture parts within specified tolerances. Utilized precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and depth gauges to inspect and verify dimensional accuracy. Maintained strict quality standards by performing in-process inspections and ensuring compliance with customer specifications. Troubleshot machining issues and made machine adjustments to minimize downtime and improve production performance. Conducted routine machine maintenance and maintained a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Consistently produced high-quality components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production deadlines. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00

•$79040.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
