Hours:

3:00pm-1:00am Monday-Thursday We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC machine tools to produce precision components according to technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their work area, maintain equipment, monitor tooling, and proactively address tooling needs to help maintain consistent production. • Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to print specifications
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate production
• Inspect finished parts using appropriate measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards
• Monitor cutting tools and tooling wear and make adjustments or replacements as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively order replacement or perishable tooling to prevent production downtime
• Perform routine machine maintenance to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation
• Troubleshoot basic machining and equipment issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures

CNC Machinist Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to set up and operate CNC machinery
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Strong understanding of machining principles, cutting tools, and tooling
• Proficiency with precision measurement instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Self-motivated with good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer skills for tooling inventory, ordering, and production documentation
• Ability to work independently while maintaining production and quality standards
