We are a family-owned, privately held business with multiple locations in the Midwest. One of our business divisions located in Ramsey, MN is a custom machining division. We are looking to add a motivated individual to our manufacturing team on 2nd shift.

Requirements:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Previous experience running CNC machine. Must be able to run CNC lathe/mill and change tools, make offsets, measure part accurately, and deburr parts. Ability to read and understand tight tolerances, blueprints and fill out production & insp. Documents. Ability to work with a CMM, Optical Comparator, and other QC equipment to gather required dimensional data Ability to multi-task and organize production workloads on multiple machines. Positive attitude and pride in workmanship. Produce machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Sets-up lathes/mills by installing and adjusting machine attachments as needed. We run three

• and four-jaw chucks on lathes, various tools, collets, bushings, stops etc.

., and we use bar feeders often. At the mills you must have the ability to indicate tooling and jaws proficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

Programming knowledge with Fanuc controls a plus Mechanically inclined. Able to work effectively with little or no supervision. Ability to follow instructions Ability to make sound decisions and accept responsibility Ability to work well with others Reliable transportation Be flexible and willing to do whatever is needed to help our team provide for our customer's needs.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent Education or experience with machining operations desired Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience with gauging / QC equipment
